ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity The PepsiCo NA S&T; Network Infrastructure Team is seeking a North America Associate Specialist.
This role is responsible for end-to-end network delivery, refresh, and innovation for PFNA/PBNA and shared service locations across the U.S. and Canada.
It encompasses network infrastructure design and delivery, fully aligned with PepsiCo's engineering and security standards.
Additionally, this role involves managing business relationships between IT and business teams, with a focus on identifying new business requirements and preparing for strategic growth.
Daily responsibilities include team management, program management, vendor management, and financial oversight.
This position reports directly to the NA Delivery Manager and works in close collaboration with key business units across both the U.S. and Canada,



ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving impactful results.
Your Impact Key responsibilities for this position include delivering 2-3 large-scale network programs annually, such as full-site network refreshes (WAN, LAN, WLAN) for 30-50 sites.
The role also involves managing 5-10 out-of-cycle programs that support the strategic growth of the business.
The manager will consult with business teams to assess new technology needs and partner with PepsiCo Engineering and Security to ensure deployment standards are met.
This role requires close collaboration with PepsiCo IT towers to define standards, establish requirements, and drive innovation.
The manager will oversee a diverse team of project managers, change coordinators, and third-party vendors, while handling day-to-day escalations to ensure projects stay on track.




Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For? Technical Qualifications: 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience5+ years of experience delivering infrastructure services (Network, Compute, Voice, Database, Unified Communications)2+ years delivering complex end to end infrastructure programs (encompassing multiple IT towers)Experience driving innovation and developing long term strategies2+ years reporting tools i.e.
Tableau, Power BI, etc.Non-Technical and Soft skills: 5+ years managing IT Finances (forecasting, planning)2+ years managing end to end IT financials (annual investment planning, complex project financial management, PO review, invoicing review, understanding of capitalization of assets)Excellent English written and verbal skills5+ years vendor managementBachelor's degree in MIS,
