Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in engineering new products to be manufacturing ready, analyzing product performance of mechanical and structural components.
- Work with the new product development team to ensure products are launched on-time.
- Assist in improving product manufacturability for both new and existing product offerings.
- Assist in performing tests on products to ensure products meet all the required qualifications.
- Continuously engage with the CNC department and the rest of the production team to identify issues, develop realistic improvement action items, and execute the plan in a timely manner.
- Assist in providing technical support to customer service representative and customers.
- Create drawings for the production team, customer service team, and customers to help achieve their goals.
- Create 2D, 3D, Assembly Instructions, and all other pertinent product files that are used by various teams to achieve company goals and contribute to its overall growth.
- Generate programs for the wood CNC machines in a manner that maximizes material yield, overall machine utilization, operator safety, and production efficiency.
- Promote plant safety.
- Assist other members of the company in other tasks as deemed necessary by direct supervisor or management.

Experiência:
- Valid Tourist Visa B1/B2
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Aeronautical).
- 3 to 5 years preparing and modifying engineering models, drawings and documentation for Engineering to support the Company's products.
- Advanced knowledge in Computer Aided Design (CAD), and fundamentals of three-dimensional parametric solid models using Pro/Engineer and data management.
