**Responsibilities**:
- Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot and support Waters' product suite (Informatics)
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success
- Lead customer expectations, by communicating work performed and providing follow up plan if needed
- Ensure customer compliance regulations are followed
- Deliver system level training at customer sites
- Lead service inventory according to Waters policies
- Issue field service reports daily to detail work performed
- Work with Sales team in respect to identifying future business development opportunities and needs for service contract sales.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors/master's degree in IT, systems engineer, computer engineering, telecommunications engineering is desired.
**Experience**:
- 3 years of experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, support and/or end user utilization of scientific instrumentation, preference for previous Waters product suite (Informatics)
- Ability to perform effective system level troubleshooting.
**Competencies**:
- Excellent communication & social skills.
- Strong organizational & analytical mindset with a strong strive to resolve open issues.
- Commit to results, able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize based on business targets.
- Must possess a strong customer focus.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish).
**Travel**:
- This is a territory-based position with travel within the country and occasional travel to other countries for activities such as local business support, meetings,
and training.
- Valid passport is required.
- VISA is required.
- Driver's license is required.
