We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trade Finance Processor
**Role** **purpose**
Increase client satisfaction by improving service quality & ownership of the day-to-day service relationship
Increase Transaction Services processing productivity by removing client contact responsibilities
Increase sales capacity by connecting clients directly to Client Services, therefore reducing Relationship Managers/Business Development Managers service calls
**Main Activities**
- Carry out activities related to the area's own processes, such as customer service, affiliation, contracting, management with operational areas for compliance with guarantee times, attention to clarifications, generation and implementation of ideas that cause continuous improvement of processes. in charge of the collaborator, teamwork and multifunctionality.
Requirements
- Focused on customer service and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self directed and organized
- Excellent skills for defining, monitoring and executing work plans.
- Adaptability to change.
- Work under pressure
- High capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Sense of urgency, management of time and movements.
- Proactive and committed.
- Advanced use of Excel
- Advanced English
- Experience in customer service areas (desirable).
**Experience**
- Bachelor's degree completed in Economic - Administrative or similar areas
- Minimum experience of 2 years.
- Application of bank accounting knowledge.
- Project Management - Application and Synthesis
- Database Management - Application and Synthesis
