Description
This position requires alignment needed between Dealers and Ford as well to support all interfaces integration with the Mexico Dealer Network to maintain the technology evolution aligned to the company needs.
This is a position for strategic integration projects in terms of connectivity and integration for both local and Global initiatives, as well internal Projects Planning processes
Main Functions
- Provides governance and operations to manage the dealer's business of IT.
- Provides the mechanism for an effective stakeholder relationship.
- Execute and lead integration efforts for Mexico Dealers Management Systems timely.
- Builds strong relationships with business partners and senior executives.
Including Dealers IT Managers and their Systems
- Ensures effective integration management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Guides program teams to ensure program and/or project goal alignment with the company's objectives through Demand and Value Management Services.
- Develops budget and financial plans for programs.
- Ensures the appropriate use of project management and demand management tools, techniques, processes, and methods as Product Backlogs and capacity plans
- Supports project teams with a lightweight process framework based on complexity.
- Supports the change management strategy and process and ensures awareness of corrective actions to deliver value plans.
- Sets the agenda, prepares for, and facilitates the program steering committee meetings, and delivers status and health of the program to the steering committee.
- Ensures engagement across functional teams: IT, Finance, Purchasing, and any regional specific processes.
