We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Specialist Recruitment Services Management**
**Role Purpose**
Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas
- Ensure all KPI targets for his / her span are met as per SLA
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in coordinating smooth delivery of Requisition Management, Internal Jobs, Offer, Vetting checks, onboarding, Emp ID creation and P file submission for all new hires both external and intenal
- Manage Pre-joining formalities for all new joiners
Be responsible for induction activities and coordinate with allied functions for induction

**Operational Effectiveness & Control**
- To optimize the channel contributions & monitor performance
- Ensure use of People Services automation and reduce manual intervention
- Prepare and showcase People Sevices metrics on a regular basis to key stake holders
- Be updated about market knowledge and best practices across industry
- To comply with the HR FIM and other policies of the company
**Major Challenges **_(The challenges inherent in the role that require a continual test of the role holder’s abilities)_
- Need to drive self & team to operate in a tight time lined, complex environment with superior Quality and customer satisfactions. Individual contributory role and Team member reporting.
- Lean staffed process,
demanding much higher commitment and flexibility for self and drive team to deliver demanding results
- Constantly upgrade self & team skills to be on par. Process to be self-sufficient independent of specific resources
Market competitors and other industry initiatives will be a major challenge in this task as it will greatly affect applicant yield and therefore determine feasibility of achieving hiring targets.
**Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications**
- Any Graduate
- 2 yrs Plus years experience in TA / HR / Ops shared services environment with hands on expreince in recruitment would be an advantage
- Advanced English
- Experience of Full Talent Acquisition Life Cycle and ability to handle large volumes
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional
- Expertise in using technology and systems in Talent Acquisition is desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Excel desirable, intermediate at least
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Energetic self-starter
- Attention to details with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- l demeanour and ability to interact with diverse audiences
- Good customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines
- Should be analytical and have strong MI skills
- Good presentation skills and able to relate and communicate with the middle & senior management
