Technical Antenna functions (Finance, Human Resources).Define and fulfill the plant objectives and priorities.Manage the plant operations to achieve the KPI targets through action plans and regular reviews.Review monthly action plans with department managers.Deploy and challenge SPS & 6 sigma in all areas of the plant.Organise the missions of the different departments in order to anticipate or solve operational manufacturing issues.Build strong local industrial competencies and ensure targeted level of turnover.Ensure the right focus and implementation on EHS action plans.QualificationsThis job might be for you if you fit the following Requirements: Bachelor´s degree in related field.8 to 10 years in manufacturing management/industrial function/quality/logistics.3 to 5 years experience in management field.We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective, and challenging the status quo.
