**MAIN PURPOSE**
**The Finance FP&A; Coordinator supports the Centre of Excellence (COE) organization and the Global Procurement team. The role is responsible for financially supporting packaging categories, as part of the directs-expense side of PepsiCo North America.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and collaborate on the Fiber Flexible Packagingsub-category (for 4 sub-categories)



financial management for the North America beverage business and align with Procurement Centers of Excellence (COE) and MSO’s on periodic inflation outlook, spend forecasts, periodic passback/variance vs forecasts, and period close variance analysis. This person will be accountable for accuracy of estimates and submissions.
- Manage financial processes and analysis for the Fiber Flexible Packaging (for 4 sub-categories) long term Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan with key causes of change in close collaboration with Global Procurement leadership. Build impact scenarios of Raw Material inflation and track global commodities impacts.
- Lead sub-category PBNA consolidation, analytics and quarterly performance reviews for cash flow and productivity initiatives (totaling up to $6MM in Productivity).




- Collaborate with GP Control team across ~12 suppliers for passback accurate accounting and reconciliation, providing causes of change to internal and external reporting with Bottlers. Additionally, updates for corrugate will require partnering with suppliers and MSO’s to gather and analyze spend and inflation.
- Collaborate with Direct categories to consult on utilization of the GP Productivity framework while leveraging global best practices.
- Partner with COE category teams with financial and data analysis to support global RFP tenders and other global negotiations. Build strategic scenarios that will help provide financial options for categories to evaluate.
- Identify and collaborate with Global Procurement leadership on cash flows impact on the business as a result of change in payment terms.




- Financial Support may be required for other flexible categories (labels, shrink, bag in the box, hi-cone etc.)
Qualifications:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics)
- 3-5 years of business experience
- Strong analytical and modeling skills. Ability to creatively use modeling tools to solve problems.
- Strong disposition for technological change and digital systems adoption.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and drive for results.
- Ability to work in matrix organization and handle competing priorities.




- Ability to collaborate and influence others to drive functional priorities with a diverse cross functional, global team
