**Location**:Remote (for Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico residents).
**Skills**:Proficient in machine learning, Git, AWS, full-text lexical search, cloud computing, AI (Artificial intelligence), semantic vector-based search, RAG (Retrieval-augmented generation), ACES and PIES, and technical documentation.
**Responsibilities and more:The full-stack developer will join a small team that uses new technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture,
ultimately delivering amazing experiences for global users.Objectives of this role:- Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.- Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.- Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment.- Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.- Develop and maintain scalable and high-performing software solutions using the specified tech stack.- Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.- Ensure code quality through unit and functional testing.- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality.- Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable software.- Collaborate across time zones via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent videoconferences.- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.Required skills and qualifications:- Experience in the automotive industry and automotive parts standards such as ACES and PIES.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Experience working in a small team startup environment.- Experience working on or implementing e-commerce platforms or solutions.- Familiarity with AWS and cloud computing services.- Ability to write and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.- Experience in search technologies such as full-text lexical search and/or semantic vector-based search.- Strong understanding of Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with ML, ML embeddings, and generative AI.- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).- Experience working with AWS Bedrock.- Experience in designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.- Knowledge of Ruby, Python, Javascript (Node
