The Identity and access management.
team provides global engineering and operational support for the Active Directory infrastructure as well as user/computer identity related processes and functions including Microsoft 365.
The Identity and access mgmt.
team is responsible for the availability, security, and performance of a multiple Active Directory Forest environments and associated Functions.
As the team that maintains a core infrastructure service,
the team must collaborate with a number of business segments and technical groups whose operations and interests rely heavily upon a healthy Active Directory environmentMajor Accountabilities:- Infrastructure Health Monitoring- Active Directory Engineering- Active Directory Operations- Support Ticket Resolution- Create/Maintain and Enhance Team Processes and Documentation- Account Management- Active Directory Windows Server Related Functional Support for GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI, DFS and Other Domain Relevant Services.- BS/BA degree in a relevant Business or Information Technology area; - 8+ years working with Microsoft Products- 5+ years Active Directory Support experience.- 5+ years of support experience with Windows Server 2016 and above- Advanced level experience with PowerShell, and/or shell scripting capabilities- Technical familiarity with implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud technologies- Solid understanding of underlying hardware components (storage, networking, etc.
