from Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering,**Responsibilities**:A Project Management1 Working within the project teams according to the Hella PEP regulations as the Operations core teammember and leading Operations project teams2 Agreeing and following up targets with the Project manager in terms of quality, costs and timing inagreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods into consideration.
Providing timelyproject decisions and identifying critical paths in order to establish prioritized actions3 Ensuring that the project targets are being achieved or overachieved simultaneously or with the priority toselected dimension(s).
Be able to focus on the most relevant deliverables (e.G.
Functional Safetyrequirements)4 Knowing the Hella-standards, processes,
methods and tools in the field of project management, and being**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**Communication with customers/deveopment - first point of contact for new projectsCosts and timeline controlPreparation of quotes with the costs calculation teamTechnical knowledge of secondary importanceSoft skills: presenting to customer, team organisation and communication
