**Company**: Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office**Job Area**: Human Resources Group, Human Resources Group > Talent Development**General Summary**:Qualcomm is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to be part of the People Solutions organization that provides HR Services and Solutions to employees globally.




This specialist role will deliver high quality learning administration services to both employees and members of the HR Team while also maximizing the ability of the overall HR function to contribute strategically to Qualcomm.- The role will be responsible of supporting the designing and execution of trainings/development programmes.- This role would require flexibility to work across time zones to engage with global team members and other HR functional teams.- This position requires prior experience in Learning administration and facilitation of people development trainings.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:- Leverages advanced knowledge of Talent Development principles, processes, tools, and best practices to drive projects focused on training and developing employees.- Analyzes needs, designs, and develops content and materials (e.G., decks and facilitators guides, train the trainer materials, tool kits, tip sheets, job aids, timelines, etc.)
for Talent Development's global programming and organizational development initiatives.- Coordinates and executes global development programs (e.G., leadership development, organizational development, training programs, etc.)
with external vendors and/or internal resources with guidance.- Leverages advanced data from multiple sources (e.G., analytic tools, surveys, training metrics, needs assessments, observations, supervisors, etc.)
to generate reports and dashboards related to Talent Development's initiatives.




**Level of Responsibility**:- Works independently to execute programmes with minimum of no supervision- Provides some supervision/guidance to other members; does not have direct reports.- Decisions are moderate in nature.
Errors are detected and corrected with relatively minor financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships.
May require involvement beyond immediate work group to correct.- Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.
Erroneous decisions, failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules and result in the re-allocation of some resources.- Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.G.,



is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).- Most tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively; mistakes may result in some rework.- Substantial creativity is needed to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products within guidelines or to achieve established objectives
