**TD&E; - PPM - Senior (Project Manager)**
**Brief Description of role**:
- Support the development, maintenance and tracking of project plans
- Support project discussions with Solution Architecture, TMO, SDM, EDIP, AMS and QMO
- Support project governance, demand & change control processes
- Support BHF in creating and managing project plan
- Facilitate project status meetings and develop status reports
- Assist BHF to identify and raise issues to appropriate stakeholders. Support tracking and managing of issues to resolution via Risk/Issue Log
- Provide intra and inter program dependency identification, tracking, and monitoring via Dependency Log

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform the relevant program/project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
- Create and maintain resource plan with respect to the project by creating and maintaining the project tasks, Work Breakdown Structure
- Execute structured and periodic review & Control mechanism to track the progress of projects
- Define and/or execute RAID processes; Track and highlight risks & issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings; Create risk dashboards
- Generate and publish Program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders Support analysis of the data & metrics from programs/projects and generate reports pertaining to resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget v/s actual spend, etc.
for waterfall projects
- Play the role of a scrum master, conduct daily stand-ups, maintain scrum boards, facilitate scrum teams’ delivery for Agile projects
- Run sprint planning sessions, retrospectives using appropriate tools
- Capacity planning, burn-down charts and sprint velocity reporting
- Track and Report benefit realization Planned Vs Actual during the project and after closing the project
- Execute change management tracking and reporting
- Interface and communicate with program/project team, management and stakeholders
- Close the program/project to formalize acceptance of the program/project result and release program/project resources
- Work within defined governance processes
**Core skills**:
Bachelor or Master Degree with 6-8 years of experience in the area of project management within professional services
- Excellent Communication skills / Stakeholder management
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of MS Project (Project Server is an added bonus)
- One or more of Industry certifications - PMP, Prince 2, CSM or PMI-ACP
- Knowledge of one more industry standard Agile PM tools - Jira, Trello, Azure devops
- Demonstrated experience with various SDLC methodologies in both Waterfall and Agile.
Good to have skills
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Confluence is an advantage
- Knowledge of Primavera / Clarity/ HP PPM/ QuickBase is an added advantage
- Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. invoicing and budgeting)
- Knowledge of Data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau
- Knowledge of Devops tools and processes
