We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Head of IAM Mexico.**
**Role Purpose**: Head of Identity Access Management (IAM) provides leadership to all of the operational processes supported out of Mexico.
**Key Duties**:
- Providing strong leadership and consultation on all aspects of IAM Service Delivery required to meet the Access Management Standards. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Privileged Access controls and account management requirements. This can include IT environment support accounts, system accounts and business administration accounts.
- Working closely with all key stakeholders such as Cyber Security and CTO teams to deliver the desired outcomes.
- Financial and operational accountability for operational teams based in Mexico.
- Will provide entity management to all of the IAM teams based in Mexico which include day to day administrative actions.
- Support and drive standardisation of talent management, operating processes, financial systems and best practice.
- Manage a portfolio of programmes as required by the job role, providing guidance to team, managing team performance and development and supporting the Global Head of IAM Service Delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process re-engineering,
project management and operations experience.
- Experience in facing off with various audit teams both internal and external eg Internal Audit, PWC, CCO testing, Regulators such as FRB etc
- Knowledge and understanding of RPA (Robotics process automation)
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders including 2nd and 3rd line of defence.
**Skills**
- Excellent written and spoken English (and national language: Spanish)
- Highly self-motivated with well-developed analytical reasoning and communication skills.
- Leadership with confidence and an ability to inspire others - capable of leading and motivating a team of high calibre individuals into new challenges.
- Strong team working ethic
- actively contributes to the team, leading by example. Helps to maintain a co-operative, conscientious and customer focused environment
