**PROJECT MANAGER OPERATIONS**

**YOUR TASKS**- Ensure the full transparency within assigned projects reporting to different management levels (e.g. Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Project Manager)
- Initiation of continuous product development to ensure the QCT targets for the plant; like manufacturing costs, gross margin, non quality expenses; through the analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvements of the project (risk problems, opportunities, threats), looking for driving lean manufacturing.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Holding a Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering
- 3 years of project work experience in automotive or electrical industry
- Ability to keep a reliable overview on a multi-disciplinary activities
- Customer management experience
- SAP skills
