**Title**: Information Security Engineer - Monterrey
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey
**Function**: Information Technology





**Main Responsibilities**:
To accomplish this, you will;
- Drive tactical team-level improvement as part of the scrum process
- Understand business strategy, objectives and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with
- objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks.
- Help with the creation of User Stories, Features, and Themes.
- Work independently receiving oversight during critical decision points or issues
- Develop forms, write code, and manage data for Enterprise-level activities, within established guidelines
- Implementation and Support; facilitate efforts of large and complex features that may involve integrating the work of 2 or more teams
- Partner with other Global IT Security SMEs to keep security standards and guidelines up-to-date, incorporate those into the SbD process via documentation, reviews, tests, etc., and create new standards and guidelines as threats and technology solutions evolve.

- 4 or more years developing complex IT solutions and databases




- Ability to learn new coding techniques and concepts
- Ability to teach and coach technical concepts
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working globally
