The Project Engineering group in the MS&C; Mechanical Components Engineering organization is looking for a talented engineer with a product development and project engineering background in Heat Transfer products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provides leadership in the preparation of proposals, estimates and quotations (from a technical and/or business perspective) related to the acquisition of new business and represents the company with customers.
- This individual provides technical support of our products to the Integrated Supply Chain organization and aftermarket customers, including Honeywell Repair & Overhaul facilities worldwide.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- BS in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field of study.
- Minimum 5 years experience in aerospace product development and design for heat transfer products.
- Experience in Program Management and Control.
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Communicates effectively in Spanish and English (oral & written), skilled in conveying technical ideas and concepts and the ability to prepare and make persuasive presentations combined with an ability to work in a team environment, motivate individual team members and lead the team in reaching consensus.
- Ability to build customer relationships, become product knowledgeable and successfully work in and promote a team environment.
- Works with self-direction, takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, discretion, and capable of complex decision making in a dynamic work environment.
- Hands-on experience in hardware/component development and manufacturing/assembly processes.
**WE VALUE**:
- Master's degree in a technical discipline is preferred but not required.
- PMP Certification is preferred but not required.
