The Global Infrastructure Services Delivery team is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Delivery Manager to oversee key programs and deliverables across all technology stack across the globe.
This role is accountable for managing successful outcomes of engagements for the delivery of all infrastructure services delivery in partnership with PepsiCo's strategic partners and suppliers,
and the coordination and prioritization of demand to drive results.
This person should have a holistic view of delivery and helping the CTO Org to Modernize PepsiCo in alignment with Global Architecture, Engineering, Security and Operational Standards.
This Role will pay a key role of liaison between various Sectors and Global teams to keep PepsiCo evergreen in terms of refresh and reduce risk to the business while securing the IT assets.
Sr.
Delivery Manager will be accountable to analyze data, and identify opportunity to eliminate Critical risk, and drive requirements, estimate work efforts, engage projects to estimate work efforts, engage partners and deliver solutions.
This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders from conception to delivery of the services.
The key strategic program investments are directly connected to PepsiCo and IT strategy and will require the right people at the right place to drive programs such - TLM, Network segmentation, Network Simplifications, SAP Hana, SD_WAN to name a few key.
**Accountabilities**
- Manage and deliver global infrastructure portfolio across multiple geography in alignment with PepsiCo's Global IT strategy & transformation.
Accountable for project execution, budget, staffing and decisions.
- Own project delivery performance with internal teams, third parties, and strategic partners.
- Ensure end
- to end deliver including demand shaping, estimation, value realization, budgeting, tracking, setting up project teams, engagement of partners, project governance, technical design and delivery, reporting & metrics tracking etc.
Accountable for execution and making decisions.
- Partner with business relationship managers and PepsiCo's strategic suppliers to develop project proposals, estimations, and cost/benefit analysis for projects.
- Work as a liaison between architects/engineers and business relationship managers to articulate and translate business requirements and corresponding technology solutions and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Partner with PepsiCo's procurement teams to author RFPs or SOW's and drive vendor selections for project delivery.
Accountable for providing consultation, making decisions, and execution.
- Manage project budgets, estimate, plan, and forecasting.
Accountable for being informed and making decisions.
- Ensure solutions deployed are consistent with IT Architecture and Engineering standards.

- Accountable to review and approve technical solutions and estimates provided by PepsiCo's suppliers.
- Accountable to communicate portfolio updates and status via regular performance scorecards with program/project sponsors and stakeholders.
