the Company generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion in the fiscal year 2023.DESCRIPTION:Coordinating and actively managing one or more complex Operations projects as the core team member to ensure an excellent launch of new products.
Successfully leading cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams (e.g., from Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering).Duties and Responsibilities:Working within the project teams according to the Hella PEP regulations as the Operations core team member and leading Operations project teams.Agreeing and following up targets with the Project Manager in terms of quality, costs, and timing in agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods into consideration.
Providing timely project decisions and identifying critical paths to establish prioritized actions.Ensuring that the project targets are achieved or overachieved simultaneously, focusing on the most relevant deliverables (e.g., Functional Safety requirements).Knowing the Hella standards, processes, methods, and tools in the field of project management,
