Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement platforms and processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement operations, supporting our teams with advanced technological solutions and continuous process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Platform Management:
Administer and maintain procurement platforms, ensuring optimal performance and availability.- Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in procurement processes.- Technical Support: Provide technical support to platform users, resolving issues and answering queries.- System Integration: Coordinate the integration of new tools and technologies with existing platforms.- Training: Train users on procurement platforms and best practices.- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor platform performance and evaluate the impact on procurement processes.- Security and Compliance: Ensure platforms meet security standards and regulatory requirements.- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and procurement teams to align platforms with business needs.
**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in procurement and platform administration, with experience in a multinational company.- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Suite.- Project Management:
Experience in managing technological projects and implementing new tools.- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze system performance and propose improvements.- Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Hybrid Position: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site work.
