and data protection.Compensation- Excellent salary and benefits (MX $50,000 a $75,000 according to skills)- Performance-based compensations.- Work with middle and senior managers.- Career plan.Main responsibilities- Research new technologies available on the market.- Strategically examine and understand the technology needs of each company.- Lead and support the decision-making-process on infrastructure and platforms; promote the best decisions for every company.- Orchestrate short and long-term plans for the construction, delivery and support of infrastructure and platforms- Lead and/or support the establishment of best practices for IT management.- Provide technical leadership.- Monitor the effectiveness of each company's infrastructure and platforms.- Manage the implementation, delivery and support of infrastructure and platforms, involving himself as a Senior Engineer for:- Install new hardware and software to build, extend, or improve the computing and network infrastructures and platforms.- Manage the infrastructures and platforms security.- Design, plan, build and implement solutions to monitor and manage events related to the operations of infrastructures and platforms.- Design, plan,

Help create procedures for other management areas- Diagnose and solve complex and critical problems, being the third line of support himself.- Aid and support to technical staff (in all other areas involved in IT Service Management).- Build, lead and train his own team of Computing and Networking Specialists.
