**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of Pre-Sales Engineers.- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience with one technical area (e.G., networking, security, databases, AI/ML, IoT, etc.
).- Experience in one programming language.- Understanding of common systems management concepts such as image management, patching, automated deployment, etc.- Understanding of cloud architecture and knowledge of one cloud provider.About the jobAs a Customer Engineer Manager,

You will assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers.
You will liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry.

**Responsibilities**:- Build product or partner specific, go-to-market solutions to reduce business cycles and drive partner business as measured through pipeline and business growth.- Own the technical relationship with customers and partners, empowering them to drive via a successful demo,



support sellers and partners to drive toward customer acceptance of the technical proposal, leading to an agreement, and work with partners during the migration phase to assure they have all the tools necessary.- Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals, and meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
