**Some your main responsibilities will be**:- Providing a preliminary ("prelim") statement to lenders with fees and sending other documentation to them as needed.- Uploading contracts, filling out information that is needed to open a file, and assigning it to another team member following guidelines.- Keeping a File List up to date (it's crucial it doesn't contain spelling errors).
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday**Requirements**:- Experience with Outlook- Advanced English (written and verbal)- Admin Background (QA, Documentation and following processes).
