.Join to apply for the ICT Coordinator role at Kysor WarrenJob DescriptionThis IT Sr Coordinator position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Querétaro, México.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT service operations in a healthy state by engaging with users, maintaining an IT supplier network of support based on regional needs, and ensuring the smooth operation and enhancement of IT service support and delivery.Your contributionDetermining and implementing the production flows and methods for new products and departments.Accomplishing information technology staff results by setting targets, competence analysis, plans,



and measuring progress.Liaising with business users and stakeholders in the Americas region to understand their requirements and expectations to ensure Plant operations with IT, including software/hardware setups; PCs, printers, tablets,handhelds, and configuring barcodes.
SAP experience or other ERP systems is valuable.Coordinating the activities of the IT team, including specialists and external vendors, to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.Providing support and guidance on the functionalities and best practices of IT and Communications and other applications, including resolving issues or incidents that may arise.Collaborating with the Group IT teams and Regional IT Manager to align IT strategies and roadmaps with global and regional objectives and priorities.Evaluating and recommending new IT technologies, tools, or enhancements that can improve the performance, usability, or security of the manufacturing operation.Documenting and maintaining IT standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.Your journeyEnergy, enthusiasm,

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additionally, you have the following:5-8 years of experience managing an IT office in a manufacturing environment (preferred), developing personal growth opportunities.Proven experience in coordinating process enhancement and optimization projects based on machinery and electronics.
AWS IoT Greengrass (desirable).Transverse knowledge of PLC automation, programming, exchange protocols, PLC backup, and HMI (Human Machine Interface).Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, VDI, data protection, and endpoint services.English conversational.IT Service Support expertise.Manufacturing expertise.Why work for EptaAt Epta, we believe our employees are the driving force behind our success.
