****Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Development, Human Resources,
or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Development, Human Resources, or related work experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Development, Human Resources, or related work experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.- 5+ years of Talent Development-related work experience.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:- Learns and applies knowledge of Talent Development principles, processes, tools, and best practices to support, drive, and lead projects focused on training and developing employees with mínimal supervision.- Develops content and materials (e.G., tool kits, tip sheets, job aids, timelines, etc.)
for Talent Development's global programming and organizational development initiatives with some guidance.- Delivers training sessions for large groups of employees and leaders.- Collaborates with leadership on the direction of Talent Development projects, programs,
and initiatives.- Collaborates and develops effective working relationships with partners within and outside team to complete work and accomplish goals.- Coordinates development programs (e.G., leadership development, organizational development, training programs, etc.)
with external vendors and/or internal resources with guidance.- Leverages data from multiple sources (e.G., analytic tools, surveys, training metrics, needs assessments, observations, supervisors, etc.)
to make data-based decisions regarding talent development related topics and projects with some supervision.- Seeks and acquires advanced knowledge of various areas related to Talent Development; shows interest in a specific area of expertise.- Writes clear and detailed technical documentation for projects with mínimal supervision.
**Level of Responsibility**:- Works under some supervision.- Provides some supervision/guidance to other members; does not have direct reports.- Decisions are moderate in nature.
Errors are detected and corrected with relatively minor financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships.
May require involvement beyond immediate work group to correct
