English proficiency is required (C1 or above)Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with Sensa Beauty's objectives.User Acquisition: Drive user acquisition through various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.Customer Insights: Utilize customer data and insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and personalized experiences.Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.Growth Hacking:



Identify and implement innovative growth hacks and strategies to accelerate user growth.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.Skills:Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
).Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Digital Advertising: Proven experience with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, Google Ads,
