Responsibilities:- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads- Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer records- UPS, USPS Shipping Claim, Shipping Error Records, SHIPSTATION shipping adjustment.Qualifications:- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills- **English is MUST**Pay:
$13,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- remote customer service: 3 years (required)- Google Workspace ( google sheet): 1 year (required)- Freshdesk or Zoho remote CRM software: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English very well (required)Work Location: Remote
