Work with prospects who've already requested information.- Automated technology:
Use the Five9 system to manage calls efficiently.- Stable schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).- Growth opportunities: Professional development in a remote-friendly, growing company.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with inbound leads who've requested information about our services.- Qualify prospects through strategic questioning to identify needs.- Manage calls using the Five9 system and document interactions in our CRM.- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team.- Meet call volume and conversion targets.- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all communications.Essential Requirements:- Advanced verbal English proficiency (clear and professional for client interactions).- 2-3 years of call center experience (lead qualification or sales preferred).- Ability to handle high call volumes.- Technical aptitude (quick learner of software like Five9).- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of remote work.Technical Requirements:- Reliable high-speed internet.- Professional,
