IT Analyst /PMP at ServSys Corp IT Consultant, PMPLocation: Remote – LATAM (Travel required across Latin America)About the Role:We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain and supply chain implementation.
This role is focused on execution and implementation, rather than business-side strategy.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated supply chain solutions across Latin America.Responsibilities:Define and execute the product roadmap for supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with engineering, operations,
and business teams to implement solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency.Gather stakeholder feedback and translate business needs into actionable product improvements.Leverage expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain integration to drive efficiencies.Work in a highly matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.Oversee product delivery, tracking KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.Engage with clients and partners, traveling across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, and other regions as needed.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in supply chain product management within the CPG industry (Beverage industry experience is a plus).Hands-on experience in demand planning, demand control, and integrated business planning (IBP preferred).Strong understanding of supply chain processes, forecasting methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and drive execution.Experience working in large, complex, highly matrixed organizations.Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies,
and drive implementation initiatives.Fluent English proficiency and strong communication skills to interact with global teams and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SAP IBP or similar planning tools.Background in agile product management methodologies.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Product Management
