This initiative is the number one project for the year, focusing on implementing in-year capabilities to enhance customer experience while optimizing costs and efficiency for the Contact Center and Field Operations teams.The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled project management professional with experience managing multiple workstreams, providing updates to stakeholders, and preparing executive-level presentations.
We are looking for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments,
has strong communication skills, and can effectively engage with C-level clients.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with the strategic program's goals and timelines.Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders, including senior leadership and C-level executives.Prepare detailed presentations and updates for executive audiences.Collaborate with various teams, including Contact Center and Field Operations, to drive efficiencies and improve customer experience.Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution of the program.Foster strong relationships across departments and facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams.RequirementsProven experience in Project Management or PMO roles, preferably in large-scale,
strategic programs.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.Experience managing multiple workstreams and driving cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work independently while integrating seamlessly into a large, dynamic team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.Operational experience in Contact Centers, Field Operations, or similar environments.Experience in the Telco or Cable industry is preferred.Nice to HavePMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Why You'll Like Working HereThe ability to work on and partner with multinational teams that are committed to our BEST core values: Best People, Best Expertise, Best Service,
