Roles And Responsibilities Direct reporting to the General Billing & Collections Manager.Owner for the monthly billing and collections for a set of accounts.Direct interface with our member community through the billing & collections process.
Close partner to the business.Maintain queries replied within SLA agreement.Must contribute on addressing key controls and compliance activities for Billing & Collections.Ensure that policies are followed so the financial integrity of AR is secured.
Support control and compliance for financial transaction management.Staff performance will be measured through a robust talent development plan that will include monthly and annual performance appraisals that are actionable and can be monitored.Operational performance will be measured through the use of metrics and key performance indicators (KPI's).
Monthly collections goal targets.Qualifications Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.1 to 2 years of experience in a Financial Services,
Billing or Collections role is a plus.Experience working directly with customers in a hands-on way.Ability to effectively interact with sales & business partners.Exceptional influencing and problem-solving skills.Be flexible enough to work in a fast paced environment.Fluency in English.
