The successful candidate will assist the finance team to execute billing operations and implement scalable systems and processes efficiently.




The ideal candidate should be a go-getter that can hit the ground running and be able to prioritize individual and team objectives while developing accounting and billing infrastructures.Responsibilities will include:Review contracts/IOs/SOWs to ensure appropriate approval and billing rates/rulesManage billing engine and verify platform accuracy to ensure timely and accurate invoicingCollaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies timelyReconcile COGS accrual and bills on a monthly basisAssist legal and sales teams to assess customer credit and risk analysisDevelop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadershipIdentify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to improve billing/accounting process efficiencyAssist with ad hoc projects as neededQualifications/Background Sought:Ability to communicate in English (both written and spoken)Bachelor's degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field4+ years accounting experience,



minimum 2 years AR/billing experienceExcel in analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize competing demandsAbility to work with various computer systems and large data setsEase of learning and adaptation: we have the ability to change fastExperience in AdTech or technology startups preferredExperience (preferable) in portals such as Ariba or CoupaAbout MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
