and scheduling demand in systems and following up with customers.What challenges will you have?Manage data and information to satisfy the demand with the customer.Provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in pieces in order to ensure the continuity of production to the customer.Monitor the shipment of purchase orders for key accounts and communicate any changes that affect delivery to the customer.Programming and follow-up of the production plan.Ensure that sales transactions are completed with accuracy and established quality standards to the customer satisfaction.QualificationsWho are we looking for?Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Business or related field.From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry in Customer Service or related positions is a must.Advanced English level.Technical KnowledgeOffice; expertise in Excel is aplus.SAP Mod.SALES & DIST.What you will bring to BoschEfficient collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.Communication and negotiation skills with internal and external customers.Good time management and activity planning.Analytical skills that allow you to manage strategies for problem solving.Additional Information#J-18808-Ljbffr
