This role is accountable for service delivery for Data Management & Operations (DMO) within MBS, including receiving migrated work from the sector(s), high quality and efficient delivery of data management services to PBNA & PFNA including meeting/exceeding defined SLAs, and talent management.
**Accountabilities**
- Ensure the right people, process,
organization and governance are in place to deliver high quality data management services to sector stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the GBS data management strategy, vision and capabilities
- Accountable for performance of the MBS DMO around delivery of services and reports in line with agreed service level agreements or other performance metrics (KPIs)
- Drive changes to current state (ways or working and processes), based on experience and best practice, where such changes can help improve productivity, quality and deliver value for PEP stakeholders
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the MBS DMO organization, provide expertise, encourage and ensure teamwork, align work processes in order to comply with statutory, tax, and other requirements, achieve high performance standards,
meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment
- Shape and execute talent strategy, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, growth and development, capability building, reward/recognition, succession planning, ultimately driving an excellent associate experience and building culture/engagement
- Co-ordinate with other hub leads for data management to understand opportunities to build capabilities

10+ years of data management experience within consumer industry (preferred)
