Lead Software Development Engineer in Test RD at BairesDev
We are looking for an outstanding Lead Software Development Engineer in Test to join BairesDevs Research Development Team RD. Our RD team is essential to our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue annually, so we only hire the best of the best. Within the team youll find many challenges Data analysis, Machine Learning, Desktop, and web developments are some of the most relevant right now, but to drive innovation, youll notice that new things are coming up every day

What You Will Do
Evaluate current testing processes and methodologies to support the QA team efficiently.
Design, implement and maintain an automated testing infrastructure.
Manage the automation testing activities of our software solutions.
Analyze, write and execute Test Scripts based on each requirement.
Work and manage TicketsBugs in Ticket Tracking Software.
Innovate and suggest improvements to the working framework.
Heres what we are looking for
7 years of experience with tracking and testing tools including Test Case Management and Project Planning.
Experience with Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java.
Experience with testing automation, including creating and managing testing environments.
Familiarity with different technologies, Desktop, and Webbased.
Tools and Issue Tracking.
Advanced English level.
