**Who are we looking for?

We are seeking Sr.
Process Ammonia Engineer to lead the team of process engineers to achieve section objectives through process activio; troubleshooting, debottelneck studies, process simulations, and eliminate process chronic is to improve & optimize plant performance throughput as per design.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years' experience in general operations, process engineering and process control activities I n petrochemical industries.
**Duties and responsibilities****:
- Accountable to implement al related SHEMS procedures in his day to day activities and closure to all 5H EM actions for the section.
Review operating unit process parameters including catalyst prefomence and ensure plant process integrity through a well-defined operating envelop.
Mentor process engineers in identification of development & training needs as per IDP/Seed program.
In depth technical analysis for plant chronic issuer and dkivelop clear action plarrin for recommendation and elimination.
Lead process bench marking & optimization studies, SEEP/sustainability KPls, calculations, and participate in reliability methodolgier.
Create innovative ideas that give gains to prncec improvement, sustainability intensities optimization and plant debottelnecking at per industry PE best practices.
Responsible to generate monthly detail plant report covering plant process performance.
Lead detailed process studies to reduce sustainability intensities to achieve department kPls.
Verify forecast raw material & utility consumption at the beginning of year and verify at the end of each month (SAP backflush), recommend necessary action to reduce variations.
