We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our client in the hospitality sector.
You will be mainly responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company.
This role involves leading the finance department, ensuring the company's financial health, and driving long-term financial sustainability.

Your Journey Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
Align financial objectives with overall business strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide financial analysis and regular reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting and forecasting accuracy.
Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and liquidity planning.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Ensure optimal capital structure and manage debt financing activities.
Develop and enforce policies for financial compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
Identify and manage financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
Support operational decision-making with financial insights and analysis.
Optimize cost structures and improve financial performance across departments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring transparent communication.

What do you bring to your trip?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA / CFA preferred).
Proven experience of minimum 8 to 10 years in a senior financial leadership role preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and financial management.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Self-starter, creative,
thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
