About the Team:
Fulfilled by TikTok is a service aimed at enhancing the e-commerce experience for users.
We are looking for a talented account manager to join the Spain team for the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) division.
A successful candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling FBT in Spain to help merchants with their logistics and fulfilment needs.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with Mass Acquisition, Incubation, and Marketing teams to drive campaigns for wider Merchant outreach.
Develop seller education guides and content to help Merchants onboard and adopt FBT.
Work cross-functionally with logistics and operations teams to understand Merchant feedback and improvement areas.
Engage with SMB size sellers to provide limited AM support and help them onboard with FBT.
Provide regular updates internally on the progress of leads/funnels and potential trends/forecasts.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a Commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Merchant Acquisition, etc.
); Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in business/marketing; Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data/analytical tools; Ability to manage multiple projects effectively; Proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in logistics/fulfillment/retail e-commerce; Understanding of supply chain/logistics; Experience in a fast-paced environment.
