WW CEC Program Management role involves_- planning, _Ingathering the business needs of customers for multiple sites.What a typical day looks like:- _ The Senior Program Management will be responsible for_ Ingathering the business needs of customers for multiple sites- _ Accountable for assessment of existing and potential markets and developing and maintaining strategic alliances with key customers._- _ Will regularly interact with executives and major clients.
Interactions normally will involve influencing and/or persuading customers and negotiations._- _ Functional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to Engineering, Procurement, Materials Management, Quality, Warehousing and logistics, Business Excellence, cross functional Human Resource and Financial responsibility._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ Strong experience in similar position in the electronics manufacturing industry in telecommunications projects is also a plus._- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Performance development, teaching/ leading, mentoring and/or organization development.
