**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**:The Associate Manager (L09) will be part of the PepsiCo Global Real Estate organization for LatAm and will specifically assume more tactical activities such as commercial negotiations for new lease contracts, renewals and revisions and will manage the active projects portfolio.
As part of this role, the individaul will supervise two existing and support the continuous improvement of function processes and procedures.
**Your Impact**:As Real Estate Asset Management Associate Manager your scope would consist of- Secure Real Estate processes and procedures are properly applied on all real estate transactions and followed by internal customers and broker partners- Build effective business relationships with business units teams (internal customers)
to gather legitimacy as a key business partner- Prepare/compile information for real estate business budgeting, as well as Real Estate department expenses for AOP process- Treat or convey to responsible departments any requests/demands from internal customers/landlords such as discussions on physical changes/improvements/maintenance, revision of commercial/legal terms, information for benchmarking, etc
