**Responsibilities**:- Monitor transaction deadlines, including Inspections, Financing, and Closing Dates.- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed in a timely manner.- Communicate effectively with Title Companies, Lenders, and other Real Estate Agents.- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the real estate transactions.- Perform basic data compilation tasks, including gathering Comparable Sales data, Rent Rates, and Market Trends.- Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on compiled data.- Provide administrative support to real estate agents,
including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.- Utilize real estate software and tools efficiently for transaction management and data compilation.
**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Real Estate Admin or Cold Calling agent in Real Estate- 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Keen attention to detail in maintaining accurate transaction records and documentation- Ability to work autonomously and is comfortable with remote communication and collaboration tools**Additional Information****Employment Type**: Full-time**Languages**:English, Spanish**Salary**:7 - 8 USD per hour**What to expect?
