As an Inbound Sales Representative at GBS Group, youare tasked with the endeavor of being the driving force behind our clients' success.
Your focus is to understand our clients' needs and offer a solution within the scope of our services; thus, you will focus onthe client and not on the product you are trying to sell.
The Inbound Sales Representative role guarantees that meaningful relationships with our clients are forged by understanding their unique challenges and aspirations, and solutions are delivered that empower them to thrive in their business landscape.
As an Inbound Sales Representative at GBS Group, you will be confident when explaining our services, but most importantly, you will be an outstanding listener.
It is up to this role to make our clients feel important and that the focus of the conversation is on their issues and not on our products.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Present, promote and sell GBS Group services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.- Prepare and follow-up on proposals/quotes sent to prospects.- Ensure that cross-selling efforts are being made.
Thus, following up with one business unit client that might be interested in other business unit's services.- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, with detailed information on customer contacts.- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.- Use evaluation tools and clients' experiences to improve company processes and help to transform existing processes.- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
