Our employees play a key role and can contribute to more sustainable fashion, today and in the future.Descripción del empleo**_Key responsibilities include:_****Optimize Store Efficiency**- Provide functional input & expertise across the Sales Market to optimize store efficiency- Work cross functionally to secure benefit realization of developments impacting on Store Operations- Take direction from the Global CoE for Store Operational Best Practice, ensuring local needs are acted upon- Ensure store workload capacity supports our customer centric and commercial ambitions across all store formats**Support & Collaborate**- Drive and Enable Area Teams to achieve and maintain their Store Operational Execution- Ensure Store Operations is secured in the planning prior to implementing projects such as openings, closings,
rebuilds & space optimization.- Support Business Tech and collaborating across Regional and Local teams- Drive and Enable Area Teams to achieve and maintain their Store Operational Execution- Provide coaching and training to strengthen the knowledge of Operations within the Sales Market- Follow up implementation of Operations in store projects on-site**Take Commercial Actions**- Benchmark Store Operational KPIs across the Sales Market- Lead effectively through changing customer expectations to build our Future Store Operations- Gain insights and set decisive actions from the CAT, NPS survey and Brand Tracker to meet colleague and customer expectations in the physical store- Use your operational knowledge to identify and act upon Gaps and Opportunities**Requisitos**:**_Your knowledge and personal characteristics _**- 2+ years in a role connected to Store Operations, e.G
