.Principal Objective of PositionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for supporting the recruiting process and all related initiatives on site.Supports, innovates, and propose social media recruitment strategy.Responsible in partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition partners of the recruiting system tool "workday" to reflect accurate information and follow up with area leaders to have updated comments of the process.Interviews and analysis Resumes of all production & management level positions in Resort Operation.Schedules and coordinates logistics for interviews and recruitment related events on site.
Sends meeting planners to Interviewers, ensuring them access to required resumes,
behavioral interview guides and any other needed information.Supports one-on-one, TEAMS and panel interviews process.Will support the administration of any requested testing or pre-employment assessments if needed.Request and analyses results for all pre-employment process pieces and notifies Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager of results.Responsible of gathering required information to run periodic Recruitment statistical information report and required metrics.Assists in receiving and responding to any recruiting-related questions received via phone calls or face-to-face encounters from internal clients, associates, and external job seekers.SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESThe individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace (Spanish/English).Requires good communication skills,
both verbal and written.Most tasks are performed in a team environment with this position acting as a team leader.Must possess advanced computer skills.Must be highly organized, provide attention to detail and understand a sense of urgency.Ability to learn, study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.Ability to make decisions with only general policies and procedures available for guidance.Must possess persuasive communication skills in terms of the ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals, employees.Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws (STPS, protection Civil).Thorough knowledge of payroll and social security processesQUALIFICATION STANDARDSEducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources,
Administration or Tourism disciplines and/or equivalent education/experience required.ExperienceOne year of employment in a related position e.G.
Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources.Previous experience in international hospitality industry highly preferred.Previous experience in Vacation Ownership, Time Share preferred
