The role involves monitoring supplier performance through data analysis, reporting, and direct communication, as well as collaborating with internal teams to address issues and implement improvements.Profile:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field (preferred)3+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement,



or supply chain roles.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.G., Excel, SAP, or similar software).Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:Track and assess the performance of suppliers based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveryCommunicate performance feedback to suppliers in a constructive mannerAct as the primary point of contact for performance-related issues, ensuring timely resolutionCollaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement corrective actions and process improvementWork with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier performanceRecommend and implement corrective actions when necessaryEnsure that suppliers adhere to agreed-upon contracts, service level agreements (SLAs),
