**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Advance Microsoft office
- Advance knowledge of OTP, SFR, AWSD, backorders
- VISTA
- MAPICS
- English 70%

**Essential Functions**
- Help customers with questions and provide response regarding of expedite requests, cancellations, orders on hold, do not ship before request, ship date inquiries/changes, ship short request, change notice approval, replacement order, etc.
- Manage the VIP accounts
- Assist the production meetings to communicate any expedite orders




- Review the aging orders with planning department
