**What does a great HR Intern do?
**
The focus of our team is to entice talented people to join us at Travelport, and to provide a world-class experience.
During your time here, you'll be working within our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on our emerging talent programs (internships and graduate roles)
through activities such as hiring and assessment, and value-add employee engagement projects.
You'll also interact and collaborate with Travelport's entire HR community, such as Reward and People Operations, and be part of our global team, working with multiple different teams and people across the business.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Support the planning and co-ordination of hiring and assessment activities for our next intern cohort
- Relationship building with key Universities, and creating a plan on how we can attract the best talent from Universities across Mexico
- Be a vital support for the Talent Acquisition team, getting involved in a range of business-critical projects such as learning and development sessions and mentoring schemes
- Master our internal HR systems, including becoming a system administrator for our Human Capital Management system
- Regularly work with internal communications to share updates from HR
- Help to drive awareness around Travelport by identifying opportunities to showcase our brand.
- Actively help to develop, promote and drive Travelport's employer value proposition.
**Who we are looking for in this role**:
- Able to demonstrate a clear interest and understanding of Human Resources or Business Management
- High attention to detail, clear communicator, and ability to balance multiple tasks
- Intermediate English proficiency, written and speaking
