Reporting to the Sr Director,
WW CEC Program Management role involves_
- planning, _Ingathering the business needs of customers for multiple sites.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ The Senior Program Management will be responsible for_ Ingathering the business needs of customers for multiple sites
- _ Accountable for assessment of existing and potential markets and developing and maintaining strategic alliances with key customers._
- _ Will regularly interact with executives and major clients.
Interactions normally will involve influencing and/or persuading customers and negotiations._
- _ Functional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to Engineering, Procurement, Materials Management, Quality, Warehousing and logistics, Business Excellence, cross functional Human Resource and Financial responsibility._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Strong experience in similar position in the electronics manufacturing industry in telecommunications projects is also a plus._
- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Performance development, teaching/ leading,
mentoring and/or organization development.
Strong people management skills and ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable_
- _ Fluent English_
- _ Working with sites on capacity analysis_
- _ Prepare a growth plan that will bridge the gaps in the sites_._
- _ Management and monitoring of investments (capex) that support the growth plan_
- _ Weekly monitoring of the progress of growth plans_
- _ Interfaces with the GAM and site team_:_
- _ Creating uniformity in working with the sites: Quotes, Reports, Weekly follow-up_
- _ Reviewing financial performance_
- _ Build a strategy that fits for each site and site capability - road maps_
- _ RAMPS management and monitoring_
- _ Business development - working with segment team on contractual alignment_
- _ Uniform reporting interfaces :Quality/OTD/Weekly reports_
- _ Strongly customer oriented_
