Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Latam.
**What you'll do**:
Primary Function:
- Essential Functions:
- Manage a requisition load of 30 - 35+ open positions in a fast-paced environment
- Manage talent acquisition process beginning from kick off and search through offer acceptance
- Influence co-workers and customers without authority in a matrix environment
- Learn the product and services of the organization in order to attract key talent
- Enforce and providing guidance on policies, procedures and best practices to internal customers
- Develop recruiting strategies specific to each unique requisition
- Establish priorities,
manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients.

**Qualifications**:
- Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a human resources or professional staffing role
- Advanced English
- Strong organization and time management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with recruiting or staffing
- Detailed oriented
- Demonstrated project management skills
