Your role at Clorox:
Owner of the process control metrics for the Quality assurance of our semi-finished and finished product, vs country and corporate regulations.
Leader of statistical process analysis tools and change control, for the continuous improvement of our Quality processes,
in line with GMP's and with a focus on eliminating losses due to non-quality.
Act as a leader of the Floor Quality Supervisors crew, and of the audit, training and certification program for Line Quality Coordinators in the Quality system and standards.
In this role, you will:
1.
Responsible for the administration and analysis of the data/cases related to the quality of the product and process, as well as the software or platforms for the control of online and internal Quality processes (ZONTEC)
2.
Responsible for the analysis and resolution of findings from floor and warehouse quality audits, and inspections related to internal and external customer complaints
3.
Responsible for the registration, monitoring, closure and sustainability of action plans derived from internal and external Quality notifications, variances and improvement projects via INTELEX.
4.
Responsible for the analysis and solution of Quality audit findings at the point of sale and customer and consumer complaints
5.
Application and maintenance of continuous improvement methodologies (ISHIKAWA,
KAIZEN, PDCA, 5S's, WPO, CIF, etc.)
during investigations of quality notifications, in areas of online inspection and feedback in warehouses.
6.
Responsible for the training program of the Quality area for PSO and development of the Quality's floor team
7.
Early management of laboratory supplies and/or physical or digital tools, required by the Quality's floor team or operators, for the correct execution of their tasks, in line with the budget of the area.
8.
Generation, maintenance and improvement of the Documentation System and Quality standards of the plant and warehouses, in line with GMP's (Technical Data Sheets, physical standards, etc).
9.
Administration of the change control system, information registration and approval flow in a timely manner, by operational areas.
10.
Quality support and recommendation in the implementation of initiatives and projects, ensuring their Quality within the DT, MRT and Validate processes, being the documentary leader of the latter.
11.
Generation of new savings ideas, and Quality projects to improve the margin and eliminate losses due to non-quality events in lines and warehouses.
12.
Quality support for internal and corporate audits

Competencies and Skills:
- Management of Quality Control tools, Basic/intermediate knowledge of statistics applied to Quality control, supplier management and knowledge of ISO 9000:2000.- Knowledge of improvement methodologies such as: Why, Why,
6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing- Analysis and decision making- 360 communication- Planning and Organization- Adaptation and Flexibility- Motivation and commitment- Observation and empathy- Emotional intelligence

Certifications:
- GMP´s Internal Auditor- NOM 016 GMP's (advanced)- NUMBER 002- Management of measurement and laboratory instruments- WCO- Teaching courses- Office (advanced)
Education Level/Degree:
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent working experience.
